Where will you work?
Workplaces will be accommodation facilities (inns) owned and operated by our company and accommodation facilities (inns/hotels) of affiliated organizations. There are about 50 candidates from all over Japan.
Can I tell you where I would like to work?
Of course, you can ask us what you want. However, we cannot guarantee that your request will be met because we will conduct an interview and determine your suitability before deciding where you will be assigned. Once you have built a career with our company and have mastered the work to become a candidate for leadership, you can be transferred to your desired area after the company determines your abilities and aptitude.
Is there a fixed working period?
There are no rules. The company will direct you to a work location that is appropriate for your career. However, this is limited to the period of stay under the status of residence that allows you to legally work.
Which country do you work from?
Mainly Asia. We have people working from nationalities such as Nepal, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and China.
Please tell me about career education.
On-site, senior employees will teach you how to do the job. Furthermore, we regularly hold training sessions on Japanese culture and work, as well as training activities at related organizations, so you can quickly get used to the job and have the opportunity to learn about the Japanese service industry.
About labor laws, social insurance, and taxes
Same as Japanese people. Labor Standards Law, Minimum Wage Law, social insurance, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, etc. apply to foreign employees as well as Japanese employees.
Please tell me about salary increases and bonuses.
Salary increases are given once a year based on performance evaluation. Additionally, bonus payments are determined based on performance.*In the previous fiscal year, bonuses were paid twice a year.
Please tell me about personnel evaluation.
Evaluation decisions are made based on the results of exams and evaluations conducted once every three months. Evaluations are used to determine salaries, bonuses, and future career options. As you gain experience and improve your reputation, you can move on to positions such as leadership.
About recruitment, I would like to change jobs, but will it be a disadvantage if I change jobs frequently?
It won’t be a disadvantage. In some cases, having the necessary skills can give you an advantage. Above all, we welcome those who want to learn and are proactive.

In the past, we have consulted on visa applications and renewals, obtaining work visas for joining companies, applying for extensions of period of stay, etc. Our company provides friendly support for consultations.
Can I work even if I have no experience?
Yes.No problem. We have accumulated know-how in developing tourism human resources based on our past experience. Rest assured that after you are hired, we will do our best to help you learn the job.
